Recent Work Aug 2010


After almost five great and prosperous years at Sydneyʼs finest Street and Custom studio, Inner Vision Tattoo, I am moving on to resume work at Josh Roelinkʼs Tatu Dharma in Chippendale. I am currently finishing up at Inner Vision at the end of September. I am leaving on great terms and remain strongly committed to my colleages, and customers, past and present. I look forward to this next chapter in my career and thank all involved over the last years, especially Cliffe Clayton and Kian Forreal. Both have helped me along the way so much. I will still be working Tuesday to Friday and will gladly tattoo those of you on my waiting list. For those who have a definate affection for Inner Vision I have passed this onto Cliffe and highly recomend him as an artist, his work speaks for itself and responsible for Inner Visions quality reputation. For those that choose to be Tattooed by me you are more than welcome to re confirm and I will let you know where you are on my wait list.

Rhys Gordon has been tattooing since 1990. Originally from Melbourne, he spent 8 years working in Europe and Asia in many leading tattoo studios, attending numerous tattoo conventions and getting heavily tattooed himself. His preferred styles are Traditional, in both the Eastern and Western sense, and Script lettering. Rhys can easily design you a custom piece either from a reference or simply from good old fashioned ideas. Working with shape, form and flow he aims to design you something that you will be proud of and stand the test of time.

Many years ago I had the great pleasure of working in the Holiest of cities for 2 years , Amsterdam . Living in the Red light district on a canal and working in one of the cities famous Tattoo Shops was an experience I can tell you . I have a special place in my heart for the Dutch . For those years I worked along side the one and only Dikke Dennis , or simply Fat Dennis . It was definatlly a Rock and Roll shop with Dennis singing guest vocals in Peter Pan Speed Rock , I went to many gigs and festivals and had the time of my life , by day and night . Most definatly the craziest Tattoo shop I have had the pleasure of working in . If you fancy a laugh you tube the big man. Ik How Van Holland !!!!
